Impexron GmbH processes accepted orders within a commercially reasonable time frame, depending on product availability, supplier lead times, payment receipt, regulatory review, export and import requirements, and logistical conditions.

Delivery times, shipping dates, and arrival estimates stated on the website, in quotations, order confirmations, invoices, or other communications are generally non-binding estimates unless expressly confirmed in writing as binding.
