Withdrawal, Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns are generally accepted only with prior written approval from Impexron GmbH. Without written approval, there is no entitlement to return, exchange, credit, or refund, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

Since many products may involve customer-specific sourcing, configured items, special orders, non-cancellable procurement processes, or supplier-allocated products, such items are generally excluded from return and cancellation.

Approved returns must generally be unused, uninstalled, in original condition, and, where available, returned in the original packaging together with all labels, documentation, and accessories.

In the event of an approved return, a restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price may apply. Additional inspection costs, repackaging costs, supplier charges, payment processing costs, shipping charges, customs costs, or other non-recoverable expenses may also be taken into account, to the extent legally permissible.

Unless the return is due to a confirmed shipping error on our part or another issue for which we are legally responsible, the customer bears the costs and risks of the return shipment.

Consumers may have statutory withdrawal rights for distance selling contracts. Where such statutory withdrawal rights apply, the mandatory legal provisions shall apply in addition to this policy.

Subject to mandatory statutory rights, products may not be returned solely because they are no longer needed, were incorrectly selected, or a customer project has changed.
