Return & Refund Policy

Returns are accepted only with prior written approval from ONRION LLC. No return, refund, exchange, or cancellation is authorized unless confirmed by us in writing.

Because many products are sourced based on customer request, quotation, supplier availability, and application-specific requirements, all returns remain subject to final review, written approval, supplier status, and the terms stated in the applicable quotation, invoice, order acknowledgment, or other written commercial document.

If a return is approved, the item must generally be unused, uninstalled, in original condition, and returned with original packaging, labels, manuals, and accessories where applicable.

Special-order, custom, built-to-order, configured, supplier-allocated, customer-requested, non-cancelable, or non-returnable items are generally not eligible for return or cancellation, unless otherwise required by law or expressly agreed by ONRION LLC in writing.

Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price, in addition to inspection costs, repackaging costs, supplier charges, payment processing costs, freight costs, customs charges, or other non-recoverable expenses, to the extent permitted by law.

Unless the return is approved due to our confirmed shipping error, the customer is responsible for return shipping, packaging, insurance, duties, brokerage, and transit risk.

Return authorization does not guarantee refund, replacement, repair, or credit. All returned items are subject to inspection and final determination after receipt.

Except where required by law or expressly approved by ONRION LLC in writing, products may not be returned simply because they are no longer needed, incorrectly ordered by the customer, not approved for the customer’s project, or delayed for reasons outside our reasonable control.
