Returns, Withdrawal & Refund Policy

Returns are generally accepted only with prior written approval from DEPOMER OTOMASYON LTD.ŞTİ., without prejudice to any mandatory legal rights granted under applicable consumer law.

Since many products may involve special sourcing, customer-specific procurement, supplier allocation, configuration, made-to-order production, or non-stock supply, such products may be non-returnable and non-cancellable unless otherwise required by law.

Where a return is authorised, the product should normally be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and, where possible, returned with original packaging, labels, manuals, and accessories.

Approved returns may be subject to a restocking or handling deduction of up to 25% of the product price, together with inspection, repackaging, supplier-related costs, payment infrastructure costs, freight charges, and other non-recoverable expenses, to the extent permitted by law.

Unless the return arises from our confirmed shipping error or from a legal right that cannot be excluded, return shipping costs, transportation risk, and related expenses shall be borne by the customer.

For distance sales to consumers, statutory withdrawal rights may apply where relevant. Certain products, services, or transaction types may fall under legal exceptions to the right of withdrawal.

Subject to mandatory legal rights, goods may not be returned solely because they are no longer needed, were incorrectly selected by the customer, or because the customer’s project changed.
