Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, TEXRO AUTOMATIZARE S.R.L. does not provide any additional independent commercial warranty beyond any manufacturer warranty that may apply and the non-waivable legal rights provided by law.

Product descriptions, technical summaries, compatibility references, availability information, lead times, or other website content do not constitute an independent warranty, a promise of suitability, or a commitment that a product is fit for a specific purpose.

Any claim relating to warranty or product defect must be accompanied by the order number, product identification, serial number where applicable, a description of the issue, and any supporting documentation reasonably requested.

In particular, issues arising from incorrect product selection, improper use, unsuitable application, incorrect installation, insufficient maintenance, external damage, normal wear and tear, overload, or unauthorised modification shall not be covered.

Where a valid claim exists, the applicable remedy shall be determined in accordance with applicable law or the relevant manufacturer’s conditions and may include repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund.
