Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy

Returns will generally be accepted only with prior written approval from PARMEX AUTOMATIZACIÓN S DE RL DE CV, without prejudice to any mandatory rights granted under applicable law.
Since many products may involve special sourcing, customer-specific requests, dedicated configurations, firm commitments with suppliers, or made-to-order procurement, certain items may be excluded from return and cancellation, unless otherwise required by law.
Where a return has been authorised, products should normally be unused, not installed, in original condition and, where possible, returned with original packaging, labels, manuals, and accessories.
Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price, as well as inspection costs, repackaging charges, supplier fees, payment processing costs, transport, customs, or other non-recoverable costs, to the extent permitted by law.
Unless the return is due to a confirmed shipping error on our part or to a mandatory legal right of the customer, the costs and risks of return transport shall be borne by the customer.
Subject to mandatory legal rights, products may not be returned solely because they are no longer needed, were selected in error, or because the customer’s project has changed.
