Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy

Returns will generally be accepted only with prior written approval from the Company, without prejudice to any mandatory legal rights granted under applicable law.

Since many products may involve special sourcing, customer-specific requests, dedicated configurations, firm supplier commitments, or made-to-order procurement, certain items may be excluded from return and cancellation, unless otherwise required by law.

Where a return has been authorised, products should normally be unused, not installed, in original condition, and, where possible, returned with original packaging, labels, manuals, and accessories.

Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price, together with inspection costs, repackaging charges, supplier-related costs, payment processing costs, transport charges, or other non-recoverable expenses.

Unless the return is due to a confirmed shipping error on our part or to a mandatory legal right of the customer, the costs and risks of return transport shall be borne by the customer.
